Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Please carefully review your order details, uploaded photos, and personalization information before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Customer Information

Luminart is not responsible for issues resulting from:

Lost Packages
